Hello! My name is Amie and I currently live in Victoria, BC Canada with my husband and two teen daughters. We moved from Marseille, France to Victoria in October 2019 due to an amazing career opportunity for my husband. I had been teaching yoga, running a studio and training teachers for about 15 years. It was hard to leave our beautiful Mediterranean life behind us, but it felt like perfect timing. One-On-One Consultations
Real sustainable change takes time. That is why our Signature Program is designed to support you over the course of 3 to 6 months. However, if you are not ready to commit to our program, we do offer one-hour counselling sessions. During each appointment, we address your main concerns and begin forging a new healthier path that you assimilate step-by-step. We also look at other areas of your life that may be affecting your health such as your emotional state.
Each session is focused on getting you feeling better with suggestions regarding food, nutrition, supplements, life-style, and more.
Customized meal and wellness plans
A huge part of our health begins with what we put into our body and that starts with food! As a Registered Holisitic Nutritionist, I will find recipes that correspond to your current needs and likes. I will create meal plans with simple recipes and fun snacks that fit into your lifestyle.
You will also receive wellness plans with helpful suggestions around sleep, stress management, time management, “alone time”, and more. I have also created a list of full body relaxation and mindfulness podcasts that you can use anywhere and anytime.
Continuous Support + Empowerment
My role is to accompany you on your path towards whole body health. In addition to our consultations, I am available for questions or concerns via email.
I ask lots of questions and want to fully understand you, so we can get you feeling great. Playing an active role in our own health is empowering and a big part of my mission!

Our goal is to help you integrate some healthy changes in your life so you feel better. Please note that health improvements do take time. The more often you come, the better the results.

10 Things About Me
- I love teaching, creating and collaborating. I am happiest educating and helping people. I love hearing people’s stories.
- The arts are a huge part of my life. I dabble with water colours, play piano and love all types of music. My all-time favourites: Earth, Wind + Fire, Stevie W., R+B, disco, + music from the 70s.
- I love singing, dancing and laughing, especially with my sister.
- I have been doing handstands everywhere since I was 9. You can find me upside down quite often.
- I believe in “Everything in moderation, even moderation.” I love Doritos and sour candy. And I also love big salads.
- I have worked hard on being less hard on myself. I understand perfectionists and highly driven people.
- I can relax + lounge around but too much of it makes me crazy.
- I grew-up in the US but spent 18 years in France + the past 4 years in Canada.
- I make fun of anything trendy served with a side of cheekiness.
