Amie Mouneimne

The only thing constant in life is change!

Hello! I'm Amie.

I moved to Victoria from Marseille, France in 2019 with my husband and our two daughters. Before that, I'd lived in the US, Belgium and France — so moving to Victoria was another big transition for our family.

I'm an MBA graduate of Solvay Business School in Brussels and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. For 15 years in France, I also ran a successful yoga school. Several years after settling into life in Victoria, I became a licensed REALTOR®.

I've moved many times throughout my life, and I've been on both sides of the process — buying and selling homes while navigating major life changes. I've learned that home is about much more than the house itself. It's about how we live, how we feel, and whether the place we live supports the life we want to create.

That's why I believe it all comes down to lifestyle.

I love music, movement, healthy food and our beautiful home. I enjoy morning coffee in our magical garden, laughing with friends and family, homemade ice cream, and naps with our cat Django.

When life changes, your home often needs to change with it. I know this personally, and I bring that perspective to the way I work with you. I'll take the time to understand where you are today — your needs, motivations and concerns — and where you want to go next.

What kind of home would support the lifestyle you envision for yourself? Let's explore it together.

Let's Talk

Whether you're thinking about buying, selling, or moving to Victoria, I'd love to hear what's bringing you here and what you're hoping to create next.

Let's start with a conversation. No pressure, no obligation — just a chance to get to know each other and see how I can help. We can meet in person or via Zoom if you are out of town.
