Peri-Menopause the Natural Way

Join us for a workshop focused on the experience of peri-menopause.  Fluctuating hormones, mood changes, anxiety or depression, insomnia, irregular periods, new aches + pains, headaches, hot flashes and more?

Amie Mouneimne, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and mother of two teen daughters, will discuss natural ways to feel better through food, nutrition, herbs and lifestyle.

For many of us, this is a huge period of transition. Intense feelings may come up and some of us might need extra support.

Join our circle where we will learn some natural remedies. Amie will lead the discussion and open the circle for questions and sharing. A fun + healthy snack will be provided, and we will close with a guided full body relaxation.
