VIP Monthly Tune-Up

Monthly consultations + support + wellness plans.

One hour consultation per month and VIP access to support and assistance via e-mail or phone.

Wellness plans which are updated monthly to fit your current needs and situation. They include nutritional guidance, supplement and/or herbal recommendations, recipes, as well as lifestyle suggestions + references (links to helpful information, podcasts, etc).

Please note that our VIP Monthly Tune-Up is reserved for those who have completed our Signature Plan.

This a recurring monthly payment and you can cancel at any time.

One Sunday per month we will host via Zoom a live Cooking Prep session. You will have access to the recorded version afterwards if you cannot make it to the session.

Please see cancellation policy in our terms. You may reschedule your consultation if 24 hours notice or longer. Cancellations or no shows will not be rescheduled or reimbursed unless notice was given within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you cannot reschedule within the same month and you have given ample notice, you may schedule 2 sessions in the following month.
